3D models for vtubers and vrchat

– Terms of Service –

  • By commissioning me, you agree with my ToS, you’re fine with my workflow and you made sure, that you are financially stable to afford a 3D model;

  • I cannot guarantee full VRChat optimization due to game’s limitation and model complexity;

  • Be aware of 3D limitations. Clipping, deformations (due to unnatural bends) can happen;

  • No refunds/chargebacks due to dissatisfaction AFTER the model has been completed and sent to you, so make sure you give feedback during the modelling process. But also don’t start unreasonable nitpicking, please. :D

  • While it's not mandatory to credit me, it's still highly appreciated!

  • Occasionally I'll post WIP's of the model on my Twitter account, if you're OK with it, which is discussable;

  • I'll display your model in my portfolio with your name as an owner and mine as an creator, once the model is done, payment is received and you're using the model;

  • Submitting a commission form doesn't guarantee a slot until I DM you, we discuss details and we both agree on commission details.

– Workflow of entire commission –

  1. You submit a Google form, filling it with all required information;

  2. Once you've submitted the form, please, DM me on either Twitter or Discord;

  3. If I’m capable of making a model and all requirements are met, within 1-3 days you’ll receive an answer to either Twitter/email/Discord, depending on what you've choosen as preferred method of contacting you. If I decline your commission request, I’ll notify you as well;

  4. We discuss pricing and additional info, if something is unclear to you or me. If we both agree on pricing and there are no other issues, I accept the commission, but I’m not working on the model yet;

  5. I’ll contact you for upfront payment (50% of discussed price);

  6. Once I receive payment, I start working on the model;

  7. During the process of making a model, you can do revisions of a model, based on either short Discord calls or screenshots of my work. “Revisions” tab has more information about this matter.

  8. When the model is finished and you’re satisfied with the result, I’ll ask you to send the rest of the payment. When the final payment is received, I’ll send you the model;

  9. Note: you have 7 days to test the model and give me feedback, if something is wrong.

– Revisions –

  • I don’t mind showing the progress of model in Discord via streaming my screen during the short call or I can send screenshots of my progress;

  • During modelling phase, I can still implement some changes to the mesh, meaning that I can change shape of the body, clothes etc, so make sure point out if something is wrong during this phase;

  • During texturing phase it'll be more complicated to change mesh, main changes can be done to the textures only at this point;

  • If you want to change design of the model, price needs to be discussed once again;

  • After receiving a package with 3D model, you have 7 days to test out model. If you’ll encounter any rigging issues, I can fix the problem. Be warned, that some issues cannot be fixed because 3D has it's limitations, so some clipping may occur. Note: when you'll be testing your model, it’s preferable if you make a list of issues you’ve encountered, that you’ll send me later instead of DM’ing me for each issue separately. This method will save quite a bit of time for both of us;

  • Any texture/mesh changes AFTER sending you the package will not be applied at this point, so be sure to let me know beforehand if something is not to your liking.
